Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro, Team and Supplier Partner renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online from your billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Can my company pay by invoice?

Team and annual plans can be invoiced. Email editor@palletforecast.com with your billing contact and PO number.

What is in PFX Pro?

Every sub-index (Grade A, B, AAA, block and the Yard indexes), regional values as they publish, the full 12-month forecast distribution with model detail and scenarios, CSV downloads and the monthly PFX Briefing.

Where does PFX data come from?

Completed pallet transactions (today mostly from Chesapeake Pallets, our sister company, with identities hashed), supplier quotes, contributor submissions, and U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics price data for the forecast and history. Every value carries a quality tier, and the methodology is public.

Can I use PFX in a supply contract?

Yes, with an Enterprise license. PFX publishes on a fixed calendar with a public methodology and an immutable archive, which is what index-linked price clauses need.

How does the Spend Audit work?

After checkout you send 3 to 12 months of pallet invoices. We benchmark every line and send a written savings report within 5 business days of receiving them, then walk you through it on a 30-minute call.

When does the 2027 report arrive?

It is a pre-order. The PDF is emailed by December 1, 2026. If we miss that date, you get a full refund.

Is there a conflict of interest?

Pallet Forecast and Chesapeake Pallets share owners, and we say so everywhere. The forecast model runs on public data with a published formula, and Spend Audit savings ideas include suppliers other than Chesapeake.
